Caryopteris (Blue Mist Shrub) [2-4'] Fast growing, popular shrub because of its beautiful, colorful blue flowers in late July and August. Hardy to zone 5, it is best treated as a "die-back" shrub. Prune it down to about 6" every spring for best flowering. Should be in every perennial garden.
